Matt Wensing We found that the differing legalese within each term sheet when they all rely on the same principles made it difficult to talk to founders about their options. So we created a simple vocabulary to start these conversations at a more structural level. The goal is to just make it easier to navigate the options, and then start running the numbers (w/ SimSaas of course).
